Cosmo Energy to Relocate its Head Office, Aiming to Create a More Comfortable Workplace That “Fills the Hearts” of Employees

Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereafter, "the Company") announced that it will relocate its head office in July 2025.

Established in 1986, Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd.¹ will celebrate its 40th year in business this year, guided by its Group Management Vision of "striving for an infinite tomorrow, developing sustainably in harmony with humanity, society, and our planet" and brand statement: "Filling Up Your Hearts, Too."

This move marks the first time since the establishment of Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. that the Company will relocate its head office. The TODA BUILDING was selected as the new location due to its outstanding contribution to disaster preparedness, multiple certifications², and commitment to environmental responsibility.

The new office will serve as a space where employees can envision an exciting future under a new organizational strategy of activity-based working. Shifting away from a traditional fixed-desk model, employees can choose from various seating options based on their respective tasks and goals. This approach seeks to foster self-directed growth, further enhance communication, and drive innovation.
