Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) has become aware of the fact that proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (“ISS”) has issued a vote recommendation report (“the ISS Report”) on the proposals to be submitted to the Company’s 8th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held on June 22, 2023.
