Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (President: Keizo Morikawa) announced execution of organization restructuring as at or after April 1, 2016. The details are as follows:

Detail of Organization Restructuring

New establishment of Business Portfolio Management Dept. and abolition of Power Business Dept.

Business portfolio management which is currently controlled by Corporate Management Dept. and Power Business which is currently controlled by Power Business Dept. will be consolidated to newly build Business Portfolio Dept. which is in charge of management of all profit affiliate companies under Cosmo Energy Holdings.
